Fresh Cut to Finished Bouquet
Culinary Studio is thrilled to offer Fresh Cut to Finished Bouquet taught by Audrey Xenakis, a long time flower farmer, floral designer and owner of Xanadu Flower Farm.
Class will go over how to process and manipulate each of the flowers to be used. You will also learn how to keep flowers hydrated, change and enhance their appearance and maximize their visual impact are the topics that will be covered. We will go over basic design principles, and how to build a professional bouquet utilizing premium cut flowers.
Each participant will leave the class with a well designed bouquet of premium flowers and the knowledge how to create professional quality bouquet on their own. Just in time for Mother’s Day!
